About Concrete Pricing

concretepricing.com helps US homeowners and DIYers work out how much concrete a job needs and what it should cost, before they buy bags or ask for quotes.

Who runs this site

Concrete Pricing is an independent publisher. It is not a contractor or a concrete supplier, and it is not paid by any. The site is anonymous by choice: no personas and no invented stories.

How prices are written

We don't run our own price survey. Every price on the site comes from a published, dated source, such as a national cost guide or a retailer's product page, and links to it. Where two sources disagree, we show both. The methodology page lists every source and the date we last checked it.

We don't publish state or city prices, because we have no reliable local data. Local prices can be well above or below the national range. Always get written quotes.

The calculators

The calculators do standard geometry (length × width × depth, converted to cubic yards) and apply published bag yields and prices. They run in your browser, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. Contractors and suppliers can embed them for free.

Not engineering advice

This site doesn't tell you how thick a slab must be, how much reinforcement it needs, or what your local code requires. For structural work, such as foundations, retaining walls or anything that carries a load, use a licensed contractor or engineer.
